1.5dlWhipping cream (with whipped cream)
125gSugar
2tbspCocoa
3Eggs

Instructions for Easy and good hot chocolate roulade

To prepare the Easy and good hot chocolate roulade recipe, please follow these instructions:

-Beat the egg whites until stiff.
-Invert sugar and egg yolks in.
-Term vaniliesukker, potato flour, baking soda and cocoa.

Divide the batter into a deep baking tray or roasting pan, lined with baking paper.

-Bake in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees for 8-10 minutes, it should feel spongy when marks on it, and do not feel dry.

Rouladen is really good with fresh raspberries or a raspberry sorbet. take the EVS and came some mashed raspberries into the cream skimmed/filling. rouladen can "occupied" with the term marcipanlÄg or flourmelis, a thin zigzag with a little frosting.
