Instructions for Easy butter birkes

To prepare the Easy butter birkes recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bring butter and flour together and crumble it to a grit. Stir out the yeast with a little of the milk and pour it into the flour / butter mixture. Add the rest of the milk, ½ spoon egg (store the rest of the egg for brushing), sugar and salt. Add it to a smooth dough, add more flour if necessary. Leave it raised for approx. 1 hour.
