To prepare the Easy carrot buns recipe, please follow these instructions:

The evening before: Stir 500 ml of water (maybe 400 ml and judge if the dough needs more), yeast and salt together in a bowl. Then add coarse oatmeal flour, flour, kernels / seeds and carrots. Stir it all together with a spoon. Leave it cool overnight.

In the morning: Use 2 spoons to make buns on a baking sheet. Place the plate in a cold oven v. 250 degrees. After 20-22 min they have brown and crisp crust.
