Ingredients for Easy Persian stew with Turkey

Spice 2 teaspoons Rosemary (ground in the mortar) and 2 tsp thyme
optionalMarizena to jævning
Oil for frying
Juice of 2 squeezed oranges
1glWhite wine
1Large chopped onions
2tbspCold butter
2dlChicken bouillion
2Red apples cut into thin wedges with Peel
4-6pcsTurkey fillets
8-10Prunes without stones

Instructions for Easy Persian stew with Turkey

To prepare the Easy Persian stew with Turkey recipe, please follow these instructions:

The Court is made in a sautepande

Turkey fillets Brown on both sides in oil and krydders with Rosemary and thyme
fillets are taken of the forehead
Orange juice, prunes, apples, onions and bouillion and white wine is added and brought to boil.
Then add kalkunfiletterne again and cook with until they are tender. Boil approximately 10-15 minutes, under the lid.
The Court must not boil as long as to the apples and sveskerne boils out. The apples and prunes should preferably be visible without having to boil out of the sauce.
Finally, take the Pan from the heat and cools slightly. Add butter and do not boil. If it is cooked too dry, add additional liquid from Orange and wine and if the sauce is too thin evened the Court with marizena.
Serve with rice and an iceberg salad with appelsinfiletter, cucumbers into slices and mozarellaost, dressing of olive oil and orange juice, salt and pepper

The dressing I am not quite sure for the salad. Had really imagined something with saffron, but do not know just how ... maybe someone has an idea?
