To prepare the Easy rye bread 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:

Lun the marmalade with syrup and stir the yeast into it. Stir salt, rye flour and sift flour and knead the dough until it is soft and uniform. Let the dough raise for approx. 1 hour.

Beat the dough together, form it into a thick sausage and put it in a greased form. Leave the bread to settle for 40 minutes.

Bake it at the bottom of the oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.

Take the bread out of the mold and leave it out of shape for another 5 minutes.

Put the bread on a grid, brush the crust with cold water and let the bread cool under a clean cloth.
