2slicesRye bread (preferably whole grain)
4Eggs
4slicesBacon

Instructions for Egg a la Egtved

To prepare the Egg a la Egtved recipe, please follow these instructions:

Step bacon on the forehead, preferably by low / medium heat for a long time and put the bacon to a drip on a piece of paper roll.
1 clove of white cuts is cut into thin slices and browned in bacon grease. When brown, add spinach leaves, olive oil, salt and pepper. Spinach leaves for 2-3 minutes until there is a little moisture (as a result of a spoonful).
