To prepare the Elderflower jelly recipe, please follow these instructions:
Wash lemons thoroughly and peel them thin. Cut the shell in thin strips.
Mix the elderflower juice, sugar and lemon zest and juice in a saucepan, and let it cook for 10 minutes.
