1kgOf sugar per litre of sieved juice
2Whole organic lemons
40Screens adorning flowers
5mlAtamon per litre of sieved juice
80gCitric acid

Instructions for Elderflower juice

To prepare the Elderflower juice recipe, please follow these instructions:

The lemons are divided into quarters.
Shelf blossoms, lemons and water mix and stand 2-3 days. The mixture is stirred several times daily. The mixture must be covered and left cool.
