Ingredients for Empenadas

EVS. 25 g chopped raisins
1Chopped onion
1Chopped, hard-boiled eggs maybe 2
1clovePressed garlic
1tspSalt
1tspHot chilli powder
1 1/2dlBeef broth
1/2tspGround cumin
2tspCorn oil
200gCream cheese
200gWheat flour
200gButter
3tbspConcentrated tomato puree
500gMinced beef

Instructions for Empenadas

To prepare the Empenadas recipe, please follow these instructions:

Make the filling first.
Put the meat in oil. As you touch it with a fork until it changes color. Add the rest of the ingredients except eggs and raisins and let it spin on a little fluff until all the food is boiled. Taste the meat sauce to - it must be quite strong - and pour it into a bowl. Stir eggs and possibly. Raisins and let it cool completely.

Dough:
Mix the cream cheese and butter thoroughly with a fork, add flour and salt and knead the dough together. Place it in the fridge for an hour. Divide the batter into two parts and put one half into the refrigerator again.

Put your empendas in the fridge approx. 1/2 hour while the oven is warm.

Bake them at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. To the golden brown, and serve them warm with salad to.
