Instructions for English steak

To prepare the English steak recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the meat into a few cm thick slices.

First add the onions golden in ½ of the butter. Take them off the forehead.

Then steak the steaks 2-3 min each side depending on how red they want. Sprinkle salt and pepper on. Distribute the onions over the steaks during serving.

Boil if necessary. Pan with a little soup or broth and cream and serve this skysauce together with boiled potatoes.
