To prepare the Enia Apple Cake recipe, please follow these instructions:

Butter or margarine softened and stirred well with sugar. Add the eggs one at a time. Baking powder and wheat flour sifted together and added, the dough is stirred until it is uniform.

The apples are cut into small pieces and turned into dough along with cinnamon. The dough in a greased and floured springform ca. 22 cm. in diameter, which is sprinkled with chopped almonds.
