To prepare the Eton mess traditional recipe, please follow these instructions:

Clean the strawberries, remove the flower and cut them in half. Break meringue into pieces (not too small) and got them in a bowl or 4 dessert glasses. Came whipping cream, vanilla and sugar in a bowl and whisk the diocese. Got whipped cream, yogurt, strawberries (possibly mixed sommerbær) and meringue pieces alternately in bowl/glass in layers. Be careful not to crush the meringue pieces too much. Server possibly with a stalk lemon balm on top.
