Instructions for Everyday Bread

To prepare the Everyday Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

Warm the water up to 37º and dissolve the yeast in it. Add oil, spices and the peeled and cracked potatoes. Stir 8 dl flour and knead the dough. Raises 30 min. Pour the dough onto the baking table and knead more flour into it until it becomes smooth and elastic. Form it into a round or oval bread. Make a few slices in it with a sharp knife. Sprinkle a little flour and let the bread rise on a baking sheet covered with baking paper for 30 minutes. Bake in the lower part of the oven at 225º for 30 minutes. Cool to cover on a baking sheet. The bread is good for sandwiches and as an accompaniment to the dinner.
