Ingredients for Exotic shrimps (low fat)

Cilantro, fresh
Pepper
Salt
Sweet chilli sauce
1tspGinger fresh
1Lime, the juice of which
1Mango fruit
1Red chili
2cloveGarlic
2tspOil
200gNan bread or pita bread
250gRaw black tiger shrimp
3-4Spring onions

Instructions for Exotic shrimps (low fat)

To prepare the Exotic shrimps (low fat) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Arrow the shells of the prawns, but let the halftiften side. Strike the prawns along the tailgate.

Turn them into a marinade of crushed garlic, grated ginger and oil.

They are cooked 3-4 minutes at very good heat.

Peel the mango fruit and cut the meat off the stone. Cut the mango beef into the tern and mix with finely chopped spring onions, finely chopped red chilli and lime juice. Taste the chutney with chilli sauce and sprinkle well with coriander.

Server prawn hot or cold with chutney and bread.
