2Onion--coarsely chopped
tspFinely grated fresh ginger
3pcsLemon grass
3dlCoconut milk with no added sugar
3tbspOil
4pcsBasil leaves
6pcsRed chili pepper

To prepare the Exotic turkey in strong coconut milk recipe, please follow these instructions:

Blend the onions together with oil, ginger, lemon grass, red chili until it has a uniform consistency.

Sprinkle turmeric on the turkey and mix well.

Heat little oil in a saucepan and add the mixed mass. Stir well with mild heat until it has a golden color for about 10-15 minutes. Then add the turkey and fry for about 10 minutes. Add coconut milk, basil, coriander and salt, leave to stand and simmer without lid until the turkey is tender.

Server with boiled rice and lime.
