To prepare the Falafel burgers gluten free recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chickpeas must be in water for at least 12 hours before using them and therefore I usually prepare in advance as I freeze, because if you use them for falafel they should NOT be cooked in advance and you can not use them from the can (If you're used to it) but as you do not have to cook them, just remember to put them soft and you're so ready.

Blend it all together; It might be difficult if you only have a mini-chopper (like me) so start chopping the peas with the spices and garlic and finally add onion; They contain the moisture and they will bind the mixture together.

Form them to 4 burgers and stir at medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side.
