1cloveGarlic finely chopped
1tspSalt
1tspCumin powder
1.5cupMacadamia nuts
1.5cupWalnuts
2tbspMinced parsley
2tbspMinced chives
2tbspRaw tahini

Instructions for Falafel (raw food)

To prepare the Falafel (raw food) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Soak the nuts for 15 minutes and drain the water. Mix it all together with a spoonful in a large bowl. Bring it to the blender and blend. Add ½ cup of extra water if necessary. Afterwards the mass is kneaded with clean hands.

Make small balls of falafel mass and press them a little flat. Get them in the dehydrator for 8 hours at 35 degrees Celsius. There will be 35-40 falcils.

Serving suggestions:
As "pita bread" can be used large romaine salad leaves and reddish leaves. Inside you will get 2-3 falafels broken in 2 halves. Bring some spoonful tomato cucumber salad (variant with olives) and finally basic tahini dressing.
