Ingredients for Falaffel

1tspBicarbonate of soda
1Large bdt. parsley
100gSambal oelek
1000gChickpeas
2Large onion
30gFalaffel Spice (premixed)
40gSalt

Instructions for Falaffel

To prepare the Falaffel recipe, please follow these instructions:

put the chickpeas to soak overnight. Rinse them thoroughly in cold water, and let them afdryppe.
Chop the chickpeas, onion, parsley in meat mincer, and add the spices, chilli and bicarbonate of soda.
mix everything, add 3.5 dl. water.
REMEMBER: under no circumstances should the chickpeas are cooked.
Let stuffing rest for a few hours.
Form small buns of forcemeat, and cook them in abundant and hot oil.

Tips:
Falaffel is very suitable for freezing. Since this portion provides approximately 100 paragraph falaffel, one will probably get use to this.
