Macaroons (crushed)
Vanilla sugar
100gLight chocolate (possibly a little less)
2.5dlSour cream
2.5dlWhipped cream
4-5Good eating apples
4-5Carrots (preferably organic)

Instructions for Faroese dessert

To prepare the Faroese dessert recipe, please follow these instructions:

The carrots peeled and grated.
Apples peeled and cut into small cubes.
Chocolate chopped (save a little for garnish)

The cream whipped into foam and mix with sour cream and about 2 tsp. vanilla sugar.

Carrots, apples, chocolate and crushed markroner be layered in a bowl or a plate.
Cream/cream fraichen is added at the top and garnish with a little chocolate.
The finished dessert may like to put in refrigerator 1 hour or more to withdraw.
You can't reach it, it is no disaster.
