Instructions for Fast bread

To prepare the Fast bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

Sifted butter - pour it into a bowl and add milk and youghurt. Stir the yeast into the mixture and add the remaining ingredients (add the flour gradually afterwards until the dough drops). The dough is well grounded on a mashed table and shaped into a flat flat bread (like a pizza)
Place the flat dough on a plate of baking paper, brush it with milk and sprinkle with a little oregano.

Put on the middle groove in the KOLD oven and bake for 20 min at 225 gr.

tips:
Remember it is important that the oven is cold when starting the baking
