2tbspChopped sunflower seeds

20gMelted butter for brushing
475gWheat flour

To prepare the Fast sunflower (without yeast) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl Add oil, sunflower seeds and milk and stir the dough together put some flour on the hands and squeeze the dough into a small pan. Divide the dough with a knife for about 24 pieces. Brush the loaves with melted butter and sprinkle sunflower seeds. Bake at 225 degrees for 15-17 minutes, on the bottom groove.
