1Eggs
1dlYmer with room temperature
2tbspSalt
2tspCrushed dried fennel
2.5dlLukewarm water
200gWheat flour
30gYeast
300gSifting
75gSoft butter

Instructions for Fennel Bread

To prepare the Fennel Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

The yeast is poured into the lukewarm water. Yams, butter, fennel and salt are added in that order. Sift flour and most of the wheat flour are added and the dough is collected. The dough is kneaded completely on the table, with as much wheat flour as it can take without getting dry. The dough must be light and smooth.

The dough is placed in a tilted place for approx. 1 hour.

The dough is knocked down and shaped into 2 rounds of bread, put in a spring shape of approx. 20-25 cm. Set to follow-up approx. 45 min.

Brush the brisket with egg whipped egg and bake 40 min. At 200 degrees.
