2tbspLemon juice
25gCorn flour
300gCrushed pineapple (or 450 g raspberries or strawberries)-save a little for decoration
4tspVanilla powder
60gDiet margarine (40% FAT)

Instructions for Festive Cheesecake

To prepare the Festive Cheesecake recipe, please follow these instructions:

The biscuits are crumbled, chopped with fat and pressed into a pieform or spring form. Put it cold while mixing the filling.

The filling:
Stir quark and cream cheese together until it is even. Place the house blister in soft in cold water. Heat 3 dl milk up to boiling point. Whip Maizena and let it boil while stirring for 3-4 minutes.
