Capers

Instructions for Fish fondue In

To prepare the Fish fondue In recipe, please follow these instructions:

Inserts all the fish in fine cubes. Serve them on a platter with lettuce leaves and prawns. Drizzle lemon juice over.

Chop the onion finely and fry it lightly in butter without it takes color. Add the fish broth and white wine. Warm it through and put the fondue pan on the table over the burner.

Prepare dressingerne, wash and cut the vegetables into pieces, as you like.

Set fish and shrimp on the fondue forks and cook them in fish broth for about 3 minutes.
