1tspGrated Parmesan cheese
100gButton mushrooms, sliced
100gFix frozen corn
175gFrozen peas
2tspDill, fresh chopped
2tspParsley
4 1/2dlMilk
40gWheat flour
400gTuna in water, prepared
50gButter or margarine
700gPotatoes, diced

Instructions for Fish Pie (Microwave)

To prepare the Fish Pie (Microwave) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Place the potatoes in a large low bowl and add 1 dl. water. Cover with microwave film and dot hole in the surface. Boil for 10-12 min. At the highest effect the potatoes are tender.

Pour the water and whip the potatoes into mash with 1/4 dl milk, 15 g of fat and spices.

Bring the rest of the fat into a large bowl and melt it for 40-50 seconds. At highest effect. Add onion and mushrooms and boil for 2 min. At highest effect. Add the flour and stir the rest of the milk gradually. Boil for 4 min. At highest power until it starts to level. Stir around 2-3 times during cooking.

Add peas, corn, dill, parsley and tuna. Stir around and boil for 5 minutes. At highest effect. Put it in a low ovenproof dish, sprinkle the mashed potato over the whole surface and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Prepare for 4-5 min. At highest effect.

Place the dish under a heated grill to brown the surface.
