To prepare the Fish rolls with mushrooms recipe, please follow these instructions:

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. If you are using frozen fish, it must be thawed slowly in the refrigerator, preferably overnight. Grate the zucchini and garlic on a grater.

Halve the mushrooms and brown them with grated garlic. Add onion and squash on eventually. Season with salt and pepper. Put the vegetables in a heat-proof platter.
