Instructions for Fish rolls with spinach sauce

To prepare the Fish rolls with spinach sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

The oven is set to 200 degrees.

Spring onions are cut and swept over low heat in 1 tablespoon of butter in a saucepan. Spinach is added and heated until the leaves have collapsed (or thawed). Take the spinach of the heat.

A fireproof dish is lubricated with 1 tablespoon of butter.
The fillets are cut halfway across. Dip them with lemon juice and sprinkle with salt and pepper. A small serving of spinach mixture is put on the fillet and folded together and held in place with a toothpick. Fill all fillets and put them in the dish.

Add broth and cream to spinach and season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and lemon juice. Want a lighter sauce add less cream and a little extra broth. Bring the sauce in a boil for 2 minutes.

Pour the sauce over the fish fillets and put the dish in the oven for approx. 25 minutes (or until the potatoes are cooked ready). While the fish is in the oven, the potatoes are cooked as accessories. Very small potatoes with peel.
