200gCod fillet without skin
400gFish stock

To prepare the Fiskeminestrone with cod and Norway lobster tails recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop the onion and garlic and sauté in a little oil in a frying pan. Add the minced chili and bell peppers as well as shells of Norway lobster tails and sauté it all in about 2 min.

Add tomato paste, saffron, fresh basil, orange juice, white wine and fish stock, simmer for approx. 30-45 min. Ministronen sieve and add the cut scallions, there is blanceret in boiling water for about 1 min. Minestronen is now ready.
