Instructions for Flax seed bread

To prepare the Flax seed bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dissolve the yeast in the warm water and add the salt, oil, flaxseed and the 2 kinds of flour. Knead the dough well through like 5 minutes in a mixer and let it raise blanketed in about 50 minutes.

Knead the dough through, share it in two and shape them as bread. Brush with water and roll them in a little flour and flaxseed. Let them after raising on baking sheet approximately 30 minutes.

Put the loaves in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes and let them cool during a tea towel.
