Instructions for Flaxseeds - Flaxseed mushrooms (Egg white replacements)

To prepare the Flaxseeds - Flaxseed mushrooms (Egg white replacements) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Make linseed by boiling 50 grams of whole flax seed in 5 dl of water for 3-4 minutes with constant stirring, then immediately aim the hot mass so that the seeds are separated from the foam.

The foam will accumulate when it starts to cool down, giving the same properties as egg white.

The foam can only be used when it is cold.

Flax mushrooms can stay in the refrigerator for a small week.

3-4 tablespoons (about 50 g) corresponds to an egg.

tips:
Can be used for dads, cakes and panering.

The linseed foam is the egg-replacement that has the most applications.
