Instructions for Flemish wild boar pollination

To prepare the Flemish wild boar pollination recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bring the fund / broth into a saucepan in a small saucepan. Let it boil until only 1 dl left. Set aside.

Thoroughly wipe the pores with kitchen rolls, cut them into smaller pieces and put them aside.

The oven is heated to 200 °. The wild pork meat is cut into 5x5 cm pieces and sprinkled with salt and pepper. Pour the flour into a heavy plastic bag together with the pieces of meat and shake the bag thoroughly so that all the pieces of meat are covered with flour. Remove the meat from the bag and shake off excess flour.

Heat the oil in a small saucepan and sauthe the meat in several portions - until it turns brown. The meat is set aside. Possibly. Grease is removed from the oil and leeks as well as onions put into the pan. Stir on low to even heat until the vegetables are tender (they must not turn brown).

Pour half of the leek / onion mixture (let them drip into the pan) into a larger frying pan. Add half of the wild wings, then another layer of chives / onions and finally the rest of the meat. Pour 1 dc. Beer in the porridge / onion pan before and bring to a boil. Remove if necessary. Impurities and pour the contents into the frying pan. Put the second beer and the funded broth in. Put the lid on the fry and put it in the oven for 2 hours or until the meat is very tender and the sauce has become thick. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve with mashed potato or eggplant.
