Instructions for Florentine-cakes

To prepare the Florentine-cakes recipe, please follow these instructions:

Butter or margarine, egg yolk and sugar chopped together with the flour. The dough is kneaded together. Rolled out to a surface of approx. 20x40 cm. Is lifted with the help of cake roll over in a greased baking pan. Bake at 225 degrees C in half-finished about 8 minutes and allow to cool.
