To prepare the Flower sap (about 1 liter) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Half the flowers and put them in a 5 liter saucepan. (The stones do not have to be removed first.)
Pour water and lemon juice over.
Put on the lid and put the saucepan in a boil.
Boil soft for 30 minutes.
Put the juice from the flowers and pour the juice back into the pan.

Add atamon.
Rinse some bottles of atamon and pour the juice into them.
