1cloveGarlic, crushed
1/4lDry white wine
250gGryere-cheese

Instructions for Fondue Brillat Savarin

To prepare the Fondue Brillat Savarin recipe, please follow these instructions:

Pour white wine into a pan with the crushed garlic. Let it boil halfway, for good heat and without lid.

Whip 6 eggs together with 250 g. Gruyere cheese, 60 g. Butter and a little salt and freshly ground white pepper.

Stir the boiled wine in and pour the mixture into a fondue pot.

Put it over the SVAG heat and stir until the mass becomes smooth and cohesive.

Serving: Let each guest spoon breadcrumbs on fondue forks and rotate in the curd.

Drink any. The white wine for it has been used in the foindu, or a corresponding red wine.
