To prepare the Forest Mushroom Soup recipe, please follow these instructions:

Clean the mushrooms and share them if they are large. The mushrooms should preferably not be put into water, so they suck the water and become boring. Brush them clean under cold running water. Arrow and chop onions.

Season onions and mushrooms for a few minutes. In a pot in the butter by steady heat. Pour the broth and let the soup boil for 10 minutes. Pour the cream in. Stir cream of fraiche, egg yolk and corn starch together and whip it in the soup. Heat it to just before the boiling point and season with salt and pepper.
