Instructions for Forloren agarhøne

To prepare the Forloren agarhøne recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mushrooms and cranberries are soaked overnight. Take some mushrooms from to the decorations, press the rest free of moisture and chop them roughly. The excess moisture from the mushrooms is stored to the sauce.

The beads are heavily boiled and cooled off. Half of the bulbs are stored for the sauce. The boiler water is discarded.
