To prepare the French fries recipe, please follow these instructions:

- Bag potatoes peeled, cut into spelled and rinsed under cold water.

- Let them simmer (do not boil) for approx. 10-12 minutes.

- Cooled off (1 hour in freezer / 1½ hours in refrigerator)

- Freezer approx. 5 min. At 130 degrees.

- Cool for 30 minutes in a refrigerator or freezer for later use.

- Freezer approx. 6-7 min. At 180 degrees

- Cooled on liquid-absorbing paper and salted.
