Instructions for French onion soup with meatballs

To prepare the French onion soup with meatballs recipe, please follow these instructions:

Soup: Peel the onion and cut into thin slices. Step them until brown and caramelized. Sprinkle them with a little cane sugar and add the bay leaf. Pour the broth and simmer for 10 minutes.

Meatballs: All ingredients must be cold. This makes the farmer easier to work with. Pour the beef into a bowl and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Beat the egg into the bowl and spread it into the meat. Add a little more salt and stir. Remove fat and tendon on the lamb cubes and cut into small terns. Chop kidney and kidney fat in a food processor. Pour it into the bowl with the beef and stir it thoroughly. Add the chilled, softened onion and the grater and stir it all together. Pour a little Worcestershire sauce in. Sprinkle some flour on the hands and shape the meatballs of a large tablespoon dad, rolled by hand. There must be 12 pieces. They are going to rise for six to eight minutes.

Pour the soup into an oven-proof portion bowl, put three meatballs in each and sprinkle with plenty of cheese. Gratinate it in the oven until the cheese is melted.
