To prepare the Fresh fignestænger recipe, please follow these instructions:

The figs are chopped in a meat mincer, (remember to pick stems of, since they are hard to pick) along with the fresh fruit, which can be apples, pears, peaches, bananas or apricots. Oatmeal and spices mixed in. It all kneaded together and rolled out in rods of ca. 2.5 cm. thickness. They rolled in finely grated coconut and cut into bars of approximately 8 cm length.
