Rafinol (or a neutral oil)
Vanilla ice cream

Instructions for Fried bananas

To prepare the Fried bananas recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix the flour, salt and water. Stir in it for there is no lumps are. Add the egg and stir well.

Peel bananas and cut each of them into 4-5 pieces. Put them in deep fat dough.

Heat rafinol in a small saucepan to approximately 180 degrees. Take the banana pieces up of frying dough with a couple of forks, so some of the batter escapes. Got 4-5 pieces in the oil at a time and let them get the color. Calculate approximately 2-3 minutes for frying per team.
