1pkgSildefiletter (10-12 fillets)
1.5dlVinegar
1.5dlSugar
1.5dlWater
1-2Onion at will

To prepare the Fried, marinated herring, like mother-in-law, makes them recipe, please follow these instructions:

The herring is rinsed, the spine is cut off and the herrings are divided into two fillets that lay in water.
Flour, salt and pepper are put in a bag and mixed.
The herrings are dried in a kitchen roll and put the bag in a shake.
The fillets are heated by hot heat for approx. 2 min on each side and allow to cool in a dish, if necessary. On a layer of onion rings.
Sugar and vinegar are stirred until the sugar is dissolved and the water is added.
When the herrings are cold the layer is poured over and it is dressed with onion rings. The dish is put cold, like the night.
The herring can last for a week in the refrigerator.
