250gPotato flour
250gButter
3tspBaking soda
3dlMilk
4Egg yolks
4Egg whites

To prepare the Fried pancake with coconut recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir the softened butter with sugar until it is light and smooth. Stir the egg yolks in one at a time and stir well between each.

Mix and sift wheat flour, potato flour and baking soda and stir it alternately with milk.

Wipe the dough into a frying pan, lubricated or coated with baking paper.

Bake on the bottom groove in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
