To prepare the Fried pork with parsley sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Peel the potatoes and boil them in plenty of salted water. Save the cooking water to the parsley sauce.

Cut the bacon piece into thin slices and place it on a dry hot pan approx. 2 min. On each side until it is golden and crisp. Pour the grease from the forehead and put the bacon slices on greasy paper or paper roll and keep them warm under foil.
