250gLong rice
5dlGood olive oil
500gGreen peppers, roughly chopped
6dlFish broth
600gSalmon into 4 slices

To prepare the Fried salmon with green rice recipe, please follow these instructions:

Pepper, onion, garlic and coriander are delivered in a blender that runs until everything is nicely divided. 1 teaspoon oil is heated in a thickened pot and stir the onion mixture and simmer for 3 minutes with stirring. The rest of the oil is heated in a thickened pan. The rhizomes come in and small stakes stirring for 3 - 4 minutes until they are light brown.

Add the onion, soup, salt and pepper. Add the rice to the boil, cover and simmer for 10 minutes until all the soup is soaked. Then screw down completely to the heat and the rice is steamed under low for 30 - 40 minutes. If the rice is boiled dry, slightly more moisture may be added. Season with salt and pepper. The rice is laid nicely on a hot serving dish.

Oil is heated on a pan and the salmon is golden and tender approx. 3 - 4 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. The salmon slices are arranged on top of the rice. Server immediately.
