To prepare the Friesbread with mushroom sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

The potatoes are boiled in leachate water. Stir fathers, eggs, flour, onions and spices together. Shape into an elongated bread and put on greased fireproof dish. Sprinkle with rasp over it. Put the dish in the oven and behind 180 degrees for approx. 25 min. Mushrooms and onions are sautéed and added broth. Boil and smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Cut some nice slices and serve with the boiled potatoes and the mushroom sauce.
