Instructions for Fritters

To prepare the Fritters recipe, please follow these instructions:

Clean and peel potatoes and celery. Tear both of them roughly on a grater. Bring the grated vegetables into a cloth, such as a clean dishcloth. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the cracked vegetables and close the cloth around the cracked vegetables and squeeze out the wadding. Form the vegetables into small flat pancakes and brill them golden brown in oil on a not too hot forehead (about 10-15 min by steady heat). If you want to make many, you can keep the finished roast warm in a 70 degree hot oven.

Server eg. Along with a good sauce and steak, but instead of ordinary potatoes.
