Ingredients for Fromage with cardamom

Air-dried lime must
½tspFinely grated lime
½dlFreshly squeezed lime juice
½tspGround cardamom
1dlWater
1/4lWhipped cream
25gSlipped, split almonds
3Eggs (size large)
3dlButtermilk
300gFresh dates into quarters
4tbspSugar
7leavesIsinglass

Instructions for Fromage with cardamom

To prepare the Fromage with cardamom recipe, please follow these instructions:

Pour softly in cold water for approx. 5 min. Whip egg, sugar, lime shale and cardamom together into an airy mixture. Turn the buttermilk in. Whip the cream for a light foam. Pull the house block out of the water with the water attached to it. Melt it with 2 tablespoons of water, in a bowl of water bath. Cool the house block with approx. 1 dl of the buttermilk mixture and stir for the rest. Turn the whipped cream in. Rinse 6 small bowls or cups (a 2 dl) in cold water. Distribute the dish and put them in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Sugarcake dadler: Bring sugar, lime juice and boil water in a pan. Boil the mixture with high heat and stirring approx. 5 min. Or until there are approx. 1/2 dl sugars left. Turn the dates and almonds into the layer and boil them with low heat and under low approx. 2 min. Or until they are tender.

At the serving: Loosen the loaves at the edge with a knife. Dip the molds for a short while in very hot water and turn the dough on plates. Decorate with a little dadler and with a glue shawl. Serve the rest of the dadels in a bowl.

Tip: The cookie can be cooked the day before one leaflet leaves less. It can also be cooked in a large bowl (about 1 1/4 liter). Instead of dates you can use 3 unscrambled, solid and mature pears in thin boats (about 300 g).
