10Sweet apricots macerate overnight (yellow apricots are culture swearing. buy the Brown non-toxic)
2Avocados
2.5dlBean sprouts
2.5dlScheduled soaking almonds
2.5cmGinger
5dlSoft dark green leaves. for example. spinach or watercress
8Leaves of Chinese cabbage

To prepare the Frozen spring rolls (raw food) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Moss the dark green leaves with avocado, garlic, ginger and almonds until it is soft but still pieces. Peel the cinnamon so you only use the top, soft green piece. Cut the spring bulbs into thin pieces. Spoon a spoonful of mixture on a cabbage leaf, add bean sprouts, chives and spring onion so it all goes long. Roll the cabbage leaf so it overlaps and place the open side down.
