25gYeast
25gChopped hazelnut kernels
3dlLukewarm water
500gWheat flour
8Figs
8Dried apricots

Instructions for Fruit Bread

To prepare the Fruit Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

Apricots and figs are cut into smaller pieces and placed in a bowl together with wheat kernels. Water is poured over, so it covers well. Pulling approx. 1 hour and pour into a sieve. Water and yeast are stirred together. Yams, salt, oil, nuts, soft fruit, grhamsmel and wheat flour are added and the dough is well kneaded.
