Ingredients for Fruit Snail

0.75tspCoarse salt
1tbspCane sugar
1.5dlWater
100gFromage frais (3%)
100gFrozen raspberries
25gYeast
25gButter
275gWheat flour
3Mashed bananas
60gCoarse cereal (about 1 dl)

Instructions for Fruit Snail

To prepare the Fruit Snail recipe, please follow these instructions:

Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the water.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and dissolve the yeast.
Add the other ingredients, but hold some of the flour.
Beat the dough well together.

Cover the bowl with, for example, a lid and style the dough to raise a loose place for approx. 1 hour.

Put the dough on a spun table and knead it well.
Add if necessary. The rest of the flour.
Roll the dough into an elongated plate (about 30 x 50).

tips:
Instead of raspberries you can also use strawberries, blackberries, or whatever you like. Dried fruit can also be used. Just not liquid-like fruit like orange, kiwi, etc.
